Juca Starch

JUCA STARCH is a fine, white, odorless and tasteless powder, which is extracted from the tuber of cassava. Also known as tapioca, it is obtained by grinding cassava and is one of the gluten substitutes that provides the most benefits to the body.

Raw materials are cleaned and then ground to separate carbohydrates (starch), proteins, fibers, etc.
