Seeds and Grains

We supply a wide range of seeds and grains that can be used as an ingredient in trail mix, bakery products, snacks, cereal mixes, yogurt, and many other consumer goods.

The high nutritional content of grains is composed of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and an excellent quality of amino acids that influence brain development.

With our partners, we grow and harvest our chia, quinoa, amaranth and sesame in our fields in Paraguay, Peru and Bolivia. We supply conventional and organic grades and we are fully certified.

Quinoa

Quinoa has more protein than rice and wheat, characteristics that the world values in this essential food. It is currently known throughout the world for its high nutritional content, valued for food safety.

Amaranth

Amaranth grain has been determined to contain between 15 and 17% protein. It presents an excellent balance of essential amino acids for the body.

In addition, it is a source of good fats of which it concentrates approximately 7% and has a high proportion of fiber, as well as minerals, among which calcium, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus stand out.

Likewise, it is a good source of B-complex vitamins and phenolic compounds with antioxidant power.

The amaranth grain does not have gluten, so it is a recommended food for celiacs, that is, those people who have an intolerance to this element.

Sesame

Variety: White Sesame Confectionery and Oil, Escoba (Organic and Conventional)

Sesame (sesamum indicum), is a gluten-free seed, rich in: Vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, E, K), minerals (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sicilium, iron or iodine), fiber, antioxidants, vegetable proteins, and healthy fats.

In its application in the kitchen, we can use sesame to prepare breads, cookies, salads, dishes with rice, pasta, meat or vegetables, sweets. In addition, we can obtain sesame oil (very present in Asian cuisine) ideal for dressing salads.

Wheat

Wheat is rich in mineral salts. Contains protein of plant origin, vitamins of complex B and E, folic acid, thiamine, minerals such as phosphorus, zinc, selenium, potassium, iron and low sodium content.
